Purpose of the Collaboration

เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ความรู้ และทักษะของบุคลากร รวมถึงการเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์ปฏิบัติจริง ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน

The MoU aims to promote the development of work quality, knowledge, and skills among personnel through real-world learning experiences aligned with labor market demands.

ความร่วมมือภายใต้บันทึกข้อตกลง (MoU) ฉบับนี้ สนับสนุนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และการยกระดับสมรรถนะกำลังคนในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์ปฏิบัติจริง (Work-integrated Learning) และการเชื่อมโยงการเรียนการสอนกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ในบริบทเศรษฐกิจและสังคมดิจิทัล

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) supports national and institutional human capital development strategies by enhancing 21st-century workforce competencies through work-integrated learning and real-world experiential education aligned with labor market demands in the digital economy and society.
